Refund & Return Policy

Every Amber Lamp is handmade and checked for quality before it leaves us. Because of this, we accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases.
Damaged or defective items
If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the product and packaging.
How to raise a request

- Include your order number and photos/video of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds
Where a replacement cannot be provided, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
What is not covered
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, as each lamp is made to order.
- Normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
- Requests raised after the 48-hour reporting window.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but is still covered by the damage/defect policy above.
